Shipping Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all purchases made through the Yommay website, operated by Rakubase Group LLC. “Yommay” is the brand name, while Rakubase Group LLC is the legal entity responsible for order fulfillment and customer service.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • Processing Time: 3–5 business days
  • Shipping Time: 7–14 business days
  • Total Estimated Time: 10–19 business days

📅 Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays, based on Eastern Standard Time (EST).

🕑 Order cutoff time: 2:00 PM PST (GMT -08:00). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

💵 Shipping Costs (in USD)

  • Standard Shipping: $5.95 USD
  • Free Shipping for orders over $99 USD (after discounts, before tax)

🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can track your shipment on our website or directly through the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL).

Note: Some carriers may take 5–7 business days to update tracking status. If there are no updates after 10 business days, contact us at [email protected].

⏱️ Shipping Delays

We aim to proactively assist in tracking and resolving delayed shipments. If your order is not delivered within 45 calendar days from the shipping date, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact our support team—we respond to most inquiries within 12 business hours.

📦 Undelivered or Lost Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your item, we recommend the following:

  • Check your delivery location and surroundings
  • Ask neighbors or household members
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

Note: We are not responsible for losses due to incorrect addresses or unattended delivery locations.

✏️ Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If you notice an error, please notify us within 6 hours of placing the order. After processing begins, changes may not be possible.

🌍 International Orders – Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their country. Rakubase Group LLC is not liable for:

  • Delays due to customs processing
  • Rejected shipments due to unpaid import fees
  • Failed deliveries due to local restrictions

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. You will be notified by email and refunded in full if this occurs.
