  • You have a 6-hour window after placing your order to cancel and reorder correctly.

❌ Canceling Orders

  • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement.
  • After 6 hours, the order may already be processed or shipped, and cancellation may not be possible.
  • A 10% cancellation fee applies to all approved cancellations.

📦 Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.
After this period, all sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges are available.

  • Must be returned in original packaging with tags attached

  • Minor issues like loose threads or slight print variation are not considered defects
