A. Procedure for Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement
It is our policy to:
- Block access to or remove any content (including but not limited to images, text, and graphics) that we believe in good faith infringes the intellectual property rights of others upon receipt of a valid complaint, and
- Suspend or terminate service to repeat infringers.

B. Counter-Notice Procedure (for Merchants/Content Owners)
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice including:
- Identification of the material removed or disabled and the location (URL) before it was removed.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the removal was in error.
- Your contact information (full name, address, phone, and email).
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal court in the district of your address.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may inform the original complainant and, unless legal action is taken, we may restore the removed content within 10 to 14 business days at our discretion.
