A. Procedure for Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement

It is our policy to:

  1. Block access to or remove any content (including but not limited to images, text, and graphics) that we believe in good faith infringes the intellectual property rights of others upon receipt of a valid complaint, and
  2. Suspend or terminate service to repeat infringers.

To file a notice of alleged infringement, please include the following information:

  1. Description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property you believe has been infringed, including applicable registration numbers.
  2. Description of the infringing content, including:
    • How it is being used in an unauthorized manner
    • The exact location (URL) or product page where it appears on our website
  3. Your full contact details:
    • Name
    • Mailing address
    • Phone number
    • Email address
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf, made under penalty of perjury.
  6. Your electronic or physical signature.

Once we receive a proper complaint, we will review the claim and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material as appropriate.

B. Counter-Notice Procedure (for Merchants/Content Owners)

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice including:

  1. Identification of the material removed or disabled and the location (URL) before it was removed.
  2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the removal was in error.
  3. Your contact information (full name, address, phone, and email).
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal court in the district of your address.
  5. Your electronic or physical signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may inform the original complainant and, unless legal action is taken, we may restore the removed content within 10 to 14 business days at our discretion.

C. Important Notice – Misrepresentation

Under Section 512(f) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), any party who knowingly misrepresents that content is infringing may be liable for damages, including legal fees.
